Local Summer League

Hardwood Frenzy Local Development Summer League

This League is played from May through the end of June. Players will have games either on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays. All games are played at Gilbreath Recreation Center and MDA Sports Academy in Rome, Georgia. This league is designed to help players develop true skill & have the opportunity to truly learn the game, building basketball IQ.

As the parent of the participant, I hereby give my approval for their participation in any and all activities at MDA Sports Academy. I assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation including transportation to and from the activities; and I do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless MDA Sports Academy, affiliates, sponsors, organizers, owners of facilities used, supervisors, participants, and coaches for any and all claims arising our of injury to my child except as covered by Commercial Insurance, AAU Insurance, YBOA Insurance or motor vehicle Insurance. I hereby give permission to be used in advertisement for MDA Sports Academy; this includes my child and child's team being photographed, videotaped and his/her information (such as stats, etc) on the MDA Sports Academy website, social media, newspaper etc. for promotion of the program. PLEASE ENTER THE FULL NAME OF THE PARENT/ GUARDIAN AS A SIGNATURE AGREEMENT TO THE WAIVER.

AAU/TRAVEL BALL

join one of our travel teams for a wonderful experience of development and family. mda currently has 19 travel ball teams.  Travel ball rosters are based on player development. teams are coached by former players and coaches. coaches on our coaching staff have played either high school, college, semi-professional, or professional ball. teams range from grades 1st through 11th, both boys and girls.  travel ball teams are leveled based off skill: developmental, competitive, & elite (national). mike dean athletics currently has nine national teams, and six of them are nationally ranked.

join one of our travel Baseball teams for a wonderful experience of development and family. Travel ball rosters are based on player development. teams are coached by wonderful leaders who are dedicated to teaching proper technique and developing young athletes.
